Terms and Conditions

1)        Promoter The promoter of this competition is Elevate Ōtorohanga, located at 64 Maniapoto Street, Ōtorohanga

2)        Promotion Period

a.        The competition runs from 10am 25 November 2025 to 12pm 16 December 2025.

b.       Daily prize draws will occur between 1 December and 16 December 2025 (12 working days).

3)        Eligibility

a.        Open to individuals aged 16 years or older.

b.       Entrants must make a qualifying purchase from a business within the Ōtorohanga District (including Kāwhia).

c.        Employees and board members of Elevate Ōtorohanga are not eligible.

4)        Eligibility / Qualifying Purchase

a.        A qualifying purchase must be for goods or services from a Ōtorohanga District business, excluding alcohol, petrol, tobacco, games of chance including lottery tickets, gambling products (including TAB), and any other items prohibited by law.

b.       Elevate Ōtorohanga reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these criteria.

5)        How to Enter

a.        Spend NZ$50 or more in a single transaction at a participating business during the promotion period.

b.       Submit your entry by:

c.        Completing the online entry form, OR

d.       Dropping a physical entry form (with name, phone number, and receipt details) at the Elevate Office or identified locations in the Ōtorohanga township.

e.        Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry meets the qualifying spend and is submitted separately.

f.          Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted.

6)        Prize Details

a.        Total Prize Pool: NZ$5,000 in Elevate vouchers.

b.       Prize schedule:

c.        Days 1–10: 20 prizes of NZ$100 each.

d.       Day 11: 2 prizes of NZ$500 each.

e.        Day 12: 2 prizes of NZ$1,000 each.

f.          Vouchers are redeemable only at participating Elevate Ōtorohanga business members.

g.        Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

h.        Vouchers must be redeemed by the indicated expiry date

7)        Draws and Winner Notification

a.        Winners will be drawn randomly each day from valid entries received.

b.       Draws will be conducted at the Elevate Ōtorohanga office under supervision.

c.        Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the draw.

d.       If a winner cannot be contacted within by the 16th December 2025, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

8)        Prize Redemption

a.        Winners must advise Elevate Ōtorohanga by 16 December 2025 which participating business they wish their voucher to be allocated to.

c.        Failure to provide this information by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

9)        Verification

a.        Winners may be required to present proof of purchase and identification before receiving their prize.

b.       Elevate Ōtorohanga reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

10)   Privacy

a.        Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition.

b.       By entering, participants consent to their name and photo being used for promotional purposes on Elevate Ōtorohanga’s website and social media.

11)   Liability

a.        Elevate Ōtorohanga is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays beyond its control.

b.       Elevate Ōtorohanga reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.

12)   Acceptance

a.        By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
