Promoter

1. The promoter of this competition is Elevate Ōtorohanga, located at 64 Maniapoto Street, Ōtorohanga.

Promotion Period

1. The promotion runs from 12:00am Wednesday, 1 July, 2026, to 3.00pm Friday, 31 July, 2026.

2. Entries must be received within this period to be eligible.

3. The prize draw will take place on Friday 7 August 2026.

Eligibility

1. This competition is open to individuals aged 16 years or older.

2. Entrants must make five qualifying purchases from participating businesses in the Ōtorohanga Central business area - including Maniapoto Street, and side streets, including legitimate registered businesses who are based out of The Business Collective  e.g. Beau Skin Clinic or home-based e.g. The Blush Boutique.

3. Employees and board members of Elevate Ōtorohanga, as well as members of their immediate household, are not eligible to enter.

4. Winners must be able to collect their prize in person from ELEVATE Ōtorohanga, 64 Maniapoto Street, Ōtorohanga.

Qualifying Purchase

1. A qualifying purchase must be NZ$20 or more, in a single transaction, for retail goods.

Purchase Exclusions

1. Purchases on the following items are not valid for this competition:

   1. Petrol, controlled substances including alcohol and tobacco.

   2. Games of chance, including lottery tickets, gambling products (including TAB), and,

   3. Any other items prohibited by law.

2. Purchases made at Woolworths Ōtorohanga are excluded.

3. Elevate Ōtorohanga reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet any of the criteria as stated in the Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

1. Spend NZ$20 or more in one transaction at a business to receive a valid receipt.

2. Collect a promotion passport from Elevate Ōtorohanga, Haddad Menswear, Kiwitown Mitre10, Paper Plus Ōtorohanga or Peter Burton’s and attach printed receipts to it.

3. To complete an entry, participants must fill in their contact details and attach receipts of five qualifying purchases.  

4. Completed passports must be submitted to:

   1. The Elevate Ōtorohanga office, OR

   2. Official entry boxes located at the above stated businesses in Section 6(2).

5. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each passport is completed in full.

6. Incomplete, damaged, or illegible entries will not be accepted.

Prize Details

1. Major Prize: A NZ$4,000 Winter Escape, which will be provided in the form of a travel credit with World Travellers King Country. The credit can be used to include travel packages, flights, transport, accommodation or experiences, at the discretion of World Travellers King Country.

2. Additional prizes include local tourism experiences, family passes, accommodation, luxury consumer goods and activity vouchers.

3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Any vouchers issued will be subject to their own expiry dates and supplier terms.

5. Vouchers must be redeemed by the indicated expiry date.

Draws and Winner Notification

1. Winners will be drawn randomly from all valid entries.

2. The draw will take place under supervision at Elevate Ōtorohanga.

3. Winners will be notified via phone and/or email within 5 working days of the draw.

4. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days after 3 reasonable attempts, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

Prize Redemption

1. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider.

2. Elevate Ōtorohanga is not responsible for availability, cancellations, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

3. Winners are responsible for any additional costs not included in the prize.

4. Some prizes may require advance booking and are subject to availability.

5. The major prize travel credit must be redeemed with World Travellers King Country by the 9th of November 2026. The date/s of travel are at the discretion of the winner and may fall outside of the redemption date end.

Marketing and Promotion

1. By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity.

2. This includes the use of their name and town of residence in marketing.

3. The main prize winner will be asked to provide up to a high-resolution photo and/or content from their prize experience for promotional use.

Verification

1. Winners may be required to present proof of purchase and identification before receiving their prize.

2. Elevate Ōtorohanga reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy

1. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition.

2. By entering, participants consent to their name and photo being used for promotional purposes on Elevate Ōtorohanga’s website, newsletter and social media.

Liability

1. Elevate Ōtorohanga is not responsible for:

   1. Lost, late, or misdirected entries

   2. Technical issues or disruptions

   3. Supplier-related issues with prizes

   4. Elevate Ōtorohanga reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required.

Acceptance
